I was assigned team leader in a group of four. There were 15 other groups. We were given 11 weeks to create the best marketing campaign for our clients. Ours client was Villa Trasqua Winery. We met with Villa Trasqua owners and discussed marketing goals and objectives, and then we got to work. At the end of 11 weeks the winery owners and Global Education Oregon professors determined the best overall marketing plan and presentation. My team won.

Client: Villa Trasqua Winery, which is located in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. 

The task: Get Villa Trasqua's wines placed in the United States market and earn premier brand recognition. 

The problem: Poor relationships with United States distributors, lack of knowledge about where  and when wine was being placed  and overall weak brand presence.
